Biography
Sydney has been practicing and teaching Ashtanga vinyasa yoga since 2004. She often blends her yoga routines with Pilates, dance and dynamic moment to create an innovative and exciting style that distinguishes her classes and makes Sydney a real force. Her personal evolution of body and mind is one of great success. It is her passion and desire to help others to feel better in their bodies. Her extensive knowledge and passion for teaching make Sydney's classes a unique and valuable experience for all ages and abilities. Sydney effortlessly challenges the seasoned yogi while simultaneously guiding the beginner through a dynamic vinyasa flow style class. Her classes are never scripted. Instead, they are based on the spontaneous flow that originates from the source of all being. Her classes will leave you feeling invigorated and rejuvenated. All levels are welcome.
