Sirona Live has partnered with FitGrid (a fitness technology company) and ZOOM (an online live-streaming service) to livestream our full spectrum of classes including yoga, fitness, wellness classes and our personalized 1:1 sessions.

• Review our list of classes on Sirona.live. Select the class, instructor and class times that work for you.
• Choose a payment option. (First time attendees are eligible for the Sirona Live Intro Offer: 14 days of unlimited classes for $29)
• Check your email for a class confirmation. Once you’re within 60 minutes of the class’ scheduled start time, you will receive an email from FitGrid x Sirona Live that includes a unique access link for that class. Not seeing the email? Search your spam and promotions folders. Look for a subject line containing “live-stream link”.
• For best results, make sure you are in a place with good internet connection and close any unnecessary applications.
• Fifteen minutes before class, click on the unique link that you received via email. If you already have the ZOOM application on your device, you’ll join the class immediately. If you do not have ZOOM, you will be prompted to download it.
• That’s it! You have the option to share your video or turn it off. (But we would love to see you!) Participants’ audio is automatically turned off at the beginning of class.

What happens if my schedule changes, and I can’t make it to class?  Can I cancel?

We understand that schedules change. To cancel a class registration, log into your Sirona Live account at www.Sirona.Live. Click “Schedule”. Then select “Cancel”. We will miss you!  Hope to see you in another class soon!
